As a follow up to my article on Denver apts I found this and wanted to link to it.
It seems that more and more pets are being abandoned because of foreclosures. That’s what happened to the little guy Orthopets helped. He and his siblings were abandoned during a harsh winter. When he was found his paws could not be saved. Now he is a happy playful pup because of his new legs.
It’s sad that some families who have to move from their homes can’t always take their pets with them. Sometimes Denver apts don’t allow pets. Families who have lost their home may not be able to afford the pet deposit according to https://peoplesworld.org/naki-o-the-amazing-bionic-puppy/.
People should take their pets to an animal shelter if they can no longer care for them.
